Monitex Sage is the business management platform used by authorised staff, approved referral partners and clients of Monitex Security Inc., 670 Myrtle Ave #6342, Brooklyn, NY 11205. Signed-in users manage sales, accounts, service, billing and scheduling for the company's video monitoring business; client and partner accounts are limited to their own records. It is not a consumer product and requires an invited account to use.
Google account integration is optional and per user. When a user connects their own Google account, Monitex Sage reads and writes only that user's Google Calendar events and Gmail messages so they can view their schedule, create calendar events, and send and read work email from inside the app. Access tokens are stored encrypted and a user can disconnect their Google account at any time from their profile page.
Monitex Sage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models.
